Patients

Who I serve

Adults across Utah seeking a new medical cannabis card or a renewal. New patient visits happen in person at our Orem office. Renewals are available via telehealth statewide.

Located along the Wasatch Front, we're a closer option for patients across central and southern Utah who would otherwise drive to Salt Lake City for an evaluation.

Getting started

How it works

  1. Book your visit

Choose a date and time that works for you.

  2. Create your Utah ID account (new patients only)

Required for the state's Electronic Verification System. Set this up at dts.utah.gov/idhelp/account-creation (opens in a new tab) before your appointment.

  3. Meet your provider

Your evaluation will determine if medical cannabis fits your situation.

  4. Get your cannabis card

Once your provider approves your application in EVS, the state typically issues your card the same day.

  5. Visit a medical cannabis pharmacy

Choose products with a Pharmacy Medical Provider (PMP) at any Utah-licensed cannabis pharmacy.
